BWP & Marine Plywood in Delhi

Is BWP plywood the same as marine plywood?
Marine plywood is BWP plywood made to the stricter IS:710 standard, with better veneers and tighter core gaps. All marine plywood is BWP, but not every BWP sheet is marine grade.
Which thickness of BWP plywood is best for a kitchen?
18mm or 19mm for the cabinet box and shelves, and 6mm to 9mm for back panels. Under the sink, use BWP for every part of the cabinet.
